hen your session begins, your therapist will discuss your health concerns and goals and together will design a session to fit your needs. Whether you seek total relaxation or have a more specific health condition in mind, your therapist will focus on areas and techniques that address your personal goals. Every session is unique.
Currently we offer 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute massages. Massages are offered in our Crowfoot studio or our "mobile" therapists operate in the Calgary area.
Therapeutic Massage is skillful manipulation of muscle, tendon and other soft tissues using varying pressure and motion to achieve positive emotional and physical results. You may undress to your level of comfort and will be professionally draped during the session.
Swedish Massage: the term "Swedish massage" refers to the various techniques designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. This increases oxygen flow in the blood while reducing toxins in the muscles. Swedish is probably the most well known and most widely requested massage.
Myofascial Release is a generally gentle approach for stretching and releasing restrictions in the connective tissue throughout the body with the goal of eliminating pain, increasing range of motion and balancing the body. No oils are used and you remain partially clothed during the session.
Hot Stone Massage is a way to add new dimension to your next massage by incorporating the use of heated stones and soothing oils to promise an extraordinary deep level of relaxation.

- To keep prices low, we are unable to accept credit or debit cards at this time
- Checks returned for any reason are subject to $25 fee
- $15 Minimum for travel outside standard service area of up to 30 minutes from our Calgary home office.
